Trust in the Lives of Older Women® groups provide a forum for mutual support, sharing, and personal enrichment. Tailored specifically to address the unique concerns and challenges faced by older women, these groups enable participants to:

  • Increase their self-confidence,

  • Solve common problems,

  • Build lasting relationships,

  • Develop a sense of control, and

  • Cope more effectively with age-related changes in their lives.

The next Facilitator Training will take place on March 26, 2009. Call Kathy Burns for more information at 607-776-7813 or email. Click here for Registration form Call her also about informational meetings about TLOW to be held in Hornell, Bath and Corning, New York.
