- Creating Trust and Spontaneity
In Your Life - CD
A review By Mary Hayes-O’Brien
Ron Hofsess has created a marvelous CD for relaxation purposes.
I listened to it one evening, sitting in semi-darkness near the
wood stove with firelight dancing upon the ceiling. The 18 minutes
of immersion into the soothing tones of Ron’s voice, combined
with the simple messages related to trust, being yourself and
spontaneity in life, led me to a peaceful place that was both
relaxing and refreshing.
“This experience is for people who want to recover their
natural trusting self, rediscover ways to reach out and trust
others, reduce fear and stress and sleep more deeply. Dr. Ron
Hofsess
If you are interested in bringing more peace and harmony to year
life, I highly recommend this high quality meditation CD. Listening
to something like this over time will help us teach ourselves
to do something different. (She goes on to say that you may purchase
CD through Choice project and part of proceeds go to that) Reprinted
from Newsletter for the Choice Community Project, December 2001,

- Creating Trust and Spontaneity In Your Life
- CD
A review from The World Pastoral Care Center.
“Hofsess is a clear and gentle man integrated emotionally
and spiritually who has brought much of himself to the care of
the bereaved and to the training of bereavement caregivers. He
is especially gifted in helping people find their spiritual centeredness
(often something we feel has been ‘wiped out’ in our
grief).
This CD is gentle and easily adaptable for individual use and
expression. It will work well with groups and for retreats, but
especially for individual use.
As the cover jacket states it, ‘This journey (a relaxing
guided journey) invites you to gently travel to further depths
of yourself and encourages you to allow more trust and spontaneity
in your life.’
A wonderful gift to yourself and to others.
